Jim advises his clients on about 20-25 major procurements every year in DOE, the UK NDA, the US Department of Defense (DOD), and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
For example, he was a principal consultant to the winning team for the DOE Hanford Mission Support Services contract ($3 billion). Jim also provided strategy advice and chaired the Red Team for the recent winning Hanford Tank Operations Contract proposal ($7.9 billion). Jim’s clients were selected by the UK’s NDA for award of the operation of the Low Level Waste facility near Drigg, and for the operation and cleanup of the Sellafield site, worth almost $50 billion for 17 years.
Jim also has worked lately on HHS Medicare Anti-Fraud contract opportunities with his clients.
